We have made the site as easy to navigate as possible, the different pages are accessible via the navigation bars (Menus) available at the top and bottom of the pages with a blue background and white text, simply click on the page you wish to go to via these bars/menus and your set.

There is additional links available at the bottom of the pages via the hyperlinks available in blue text.

If your having a societal or psychological issue please contact your local authorities for assistance, the police and emergency services are generally available day and night and many places have a 'Citizens Advice Bureaus' that you can get in contact via phone or email.

That aside, for anything else you might need support with in life, we believe in you, it might take minutes, hours, days or years but if you are legitimate and set your mind to it we believe you can pretty much accomplish anything, so give it a go, you might succeed! If there's something you don't 'get' then study it, come up with an answer, make it good, if it's good enough it will be loved and believed in by others and thus exist, please note, you don't have to believe in everything - we don't, it's fun. That's it!
